New Team Record and JO Recap

Congratulations to our 13/14 Boys on a New Team Relay Record achieved this past weekend at the NJ Junior Olympic meet in the 13/14 Boys 400 Free Relay!

The team of Edward Kim, Christopher Wang, Greg Spiropoulous, and Ryan Cervone smashed the old team record by nearly 3 seconds placing second at Junior Olympics with a time of 3:25.69

Also, Congratulations to Casey Fazio and Lauren Ho on both making our NJ Wave All Time Short Course Top 10 list in the following events:

Casey Fazio - #3 in the 200 Backstroke with a time of 2:05.67

Lauren Ho - #3 in the 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1:07.24

Lauren Ho - #5 in the 200 Breaststroke with a time of 2:21.92

On a different note, this past summer I missed a Relay Record that was broken at the NJ Long Course Junior Olympics and it deserves recognition.  My apologies.  The 13/14 Boys team of Greg Spiropoulous, Ryan Cervone, Michael Kim and Bobby Hilzen also smashed a team relay record in the 13/14 Boys Longcourse 400 Free Relay by nearly :04 seconds with a time of 4:06.59.  Congratulations!
