Congratulations to both
Ryan McGeary and Lauren Ho for
representing NJ on the NJ Zone Team. Ryan
competed in the 200 Breast and Lauren competed in multiple events
including the 100 and 200 Breast, 200 and 400 IM and
Relays.
Lauren's performances consisted
of a record breaking performance and a number of Top 8
finishes including the following:
200 Breast (2:19.41) - 1st Place and New Eastern
Zone Record.
100 Breast (1:06.66) -
3rd Place finish.
400 Free Relay - 7th
Place.
400 Individual Medley -
8th Place
200 Individual Medley -
8th Place
200 Medley Relay - 8th

Lauren's performance in the
200 Breast not only broke the Eastern Zone
record but also broke the NJ Wave Team Record for Short
Course yards and qualified her for the
USA Swimming Short Course Senior National Championships,
USA Swimming Short Course Junior National Championships
and the NCSA Jr. National Championships.
Lauren's performance 100
Breast placed her 2nd on the NJ Wave All Time Top 10
List and qualified her for the NCSA Jr.
National Championships.
