Congratulations to NJ Wave
Swimmer Lauren Ho!
The 2009-10 USS National Top 10 Age Group Rankings
for Short Course Yards was just published and Lauren was Ranked 4th in the Nation amongst 13
year old girls in the 200 Breast for her Zone winning performance
in the event with a time of 2:19.41.
The performance also broke the Eastern Zone Record at the
time as well as set a NJ Wave Short Course Team Record.
Lauren was also ranked 19th in the 100 Breast with a time of
1:06.66.
